Service description
TimeVisas is a visa-facilitation service operated by Time Leisure. We assist with preparing, reviewing, and, where agreed, submitting visa applications. We are not an embassy, consulate, visa-processing centre, or government body, and we do not control visa decisions.
No guarantee of visa approval
Submitting an application through TimeVisas does not guarantee approval, processing within a particular period, or admission at the destination. The relevant government authority makes the final decision. TimeVisas is not responsible for a refusal, government delay, or resulting change to travel plans except to the extent liability cannot lawfully be excluded.
Your information and documents
You are responsible for checking that information and documents are accurate, genuine, complete, legible, and current. False, misleading, altered, or incomplete material may cause refusal, a travel restriction, or legal consequences. Tell us promptly if any submitted information changes.
Booking fee and third-party charges
The TimeVisas service or booking fee covers the services shown before payment. Embassy, consular, visa-centre, courier, biometric, insurance, and other third-party charges are separate unless expressly included. Fees and the application to which they relate are confirmed during checkout.
Refund policy
The TimeVisas service fee is non-refundable once processing begins. Visa refusal, withdrawal, government delay, or a change in travel plans does not by itself create a refund right. Refunds of embassy, visa-centre, or other third-party fees follow the relevant provider's rules. Nothing in this section excludes a refund or remedy required by applicable law. Processing times
Published processing times are estimates based on available guidance or prior experience. Actual timing can change because of government workload, document requests, appointments, security checks, holidays, or other matters outside our control. Apply well before your intended travel date and avoid non-refundable travel commitments until the appropriate visa is granted.
Document handling and AI choices
Upload copies only unless TimeVisas specifically asks for an original through an agreed process. Uploaded files may be quarantined and malware-scanned before staff can access them. Optional AI document review by Anthropic occurs only when you enable the separate AI consent; you may continue without it. Document retention and deletion are described in the Privacy Policy.
Privacy and communications
Our Privacy Policy explains what personal data we collect, the recipients involved in processing an application, your choices and rights, and the applicable retention periods. By providing contact details, you authorise service communications needed for your application. Marketing communications, if introduced, will require the choice required by applicable law.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Time Leisure is not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including losses arising from government delay or refusal, missed travel, airline or hotel charges, or inaccurate information supplied by an applicant or third party. Any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded remains unaffected.
Changes and availability
We may update the service or these terms to reflect operational, provider, or legal changes. The effective date will be updated on this page. Temporary interruption may occur for maintenance, security, or events beyond our reasonable control.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Subject to any mandatory consumer forum or jurisdiction available under applicable law, disputes are subject to the courts of Pune, Maharashtra.
