Service description
Time Leisure (VisaDesk) is a visa facilitation service. We assist in preparing and submitting visa applications on your behalf. We are not an embassy, consulate, or government body, and we have no control over visa approval decisions.
No guarantee of visa approval
Submission of a visa application through VisaDesk does not guarantee visa approval. The final decision rests entirely with the embassy or consulate of the destination country. We are not liable for any visa refusal, delay, or cancellation of travel plans resulting from an unsuccessful application.
Booking fee
A non-refundable booking fee is charged upon application submission to cover document verification, processing, and submission costs. This fee is payable regardless of the outcome of your visa application. The booking fee is separate from any embassy or visa centre fees, which remain your responsibility.
Refund policy
The booking fee paid to Time Visas is strictly non-refundable once an application has been submitted and processing has commenced. This applies irrespective of visa outcome, including rejection, withdrawal, or change of travel plans. Embassy fees, VFS/TLS charges, and any third-party fees paid directly to government authorities or visa centres are governed by their respective refund policies and are outside Time Visas' control. In the event of a processing error solely attributable to Time Visas, we will assess refund eligibility on a case-by-case basis. Accuracy of information
You are responsible for ensuring all information and documents submitted are accurate, genuine, and up to date. Submission of false, misleading, or fraudulent documents may result in visa refusal, ban, or legal consequences. Time Leisure bears no liability for applications rejected due to inaccurate information provided by the applicant.
Processing times
Processing time estimates provided on this platform are indicative only, based on historical data and embassy guidelines. Actual processing times may vary due to embassy workload, seasonal demand, or other factors outside our control. We recommend applying well in advance of your travel date.
Document handling
Original documents must not be sent to us unless explicitly requested. We work with scanned copies only. You are responsible for maintaining originals for presentation at the embassy or port of entry.
Limitation of liability
Time Leisure's liability is limited to the booking fee paid. We are not liable for any consequential losses including but not limited to flight cancellation charges, hotel booking losses, or any other travel-related expenses arising from visa delays or refusals.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the jurisdiction of courts in Pune, Maharashtra.
